About Us
Who We Are
FICAL (t/a Flooring & Interiors Construction Associates Ltd.) was established in 2014 to meet the lack of quality interior finishings around the country. Based on the recommendations made by satisfied clients, we expanded some of our services and ventured into minor construction works. However our key focus is on interior works to ensure that a high standard of finishings have been obtained and workmanship has been applied
The FICAL Team
Our team members are professionals with many years of experience and an impressive amount of skills under their belts.
Kishore Mishra - The Managing Director of FICAL. He has over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry and has been involved in interior works for about just as long. 20 of those years have seen him as the Regional Manager (West) that exposed him to a vast amount of products and training. Kishore has been involved in hundreds of projects, many of them being high profile ones in the tourism industry that meant adhering to the strictest of quality.
Over the years he has curated specific technical knowledge that has seen him being consulted by many engineers and architects.
Carpets, Vinyls and Tiles Team - With over 25 years of experience, the team has a track-record of meeting deadlines with client-desired results.
Ceilings and Partitions Team - This division has over 35 years of specialising in designing and erecting ceilings, partitions and bulkheads to meet the stringent requirements of the clients in the form of fire-rating, acoustics and water-resistance.
General Works Team – Over 24 years of experience in general works such as painting, water-proofing, renovations, wall- papering, aesthetics and construction works.
